Niki Dean
CO-FOUNDER, ECOVIEW RETREAT FOUNDER, THE ONE INITIATIVE
Niki works mostly behind the scenes at EcoView, helping bring together the people, place and ideas that shape the retreat.
Having built a career in the health and fitness industry — leading Goodlife Health Clubs and later co-founding Soak Bathhouse with his wife, Alexis — Niki now supports the EcoView team, cares for the land and helps create the environment for others to do meaningful work.
He is also the founder of The ONE Initiative, an initiative that brings together heart-led businesses and individuals with a shared focus on giving back, supporting others and creating opportunities for people and communities.
For Niki, both EcoView and ONE come back to one simple idea: bring good people together, create something meaningful and, wherever possible, use it to help others.
Alexis Dean
CO-FOUNDER, ECOVIEW RETREAT
Alexis works largely behind the scenes at EcoView, helping shape the guest experience and bringing care, thoughtfulness and attention to the details that make the retreat feel genuinely welcoming.
With degrees in journalism and law, Alexis began her career in the corporate world before moving into health and wellness, where she became General Manager of HYPOXI and later co-founded Soak Bathhouse with her husband, Niki.
Health and wellbeing have long been part of Alexis’s own life. A marathon runner and mother of six, she understands the importance of finding time to step away, reset and reconnect with what matters.
At EcoView, Alexis brings that understanding to the retreats — helping create experiences that feel warm, personal and considered, where people can arrive, feel looked after and simply be.
