Cooking for high profile clients in the Gold Coast and international celebrities in my personal cheffing business, customizing meals that fit in with my client’s nutritional needs and food intolerances. Assisting with weight loss and healthy eating. Restaurant/kitchen consulting in both café and restaurant launchers.
Darryn's skills include but are not limited to working as an Executive chef in the Queensland based business Gwinganna Health Lifestyle Retreat in Tallebudgera, where he specialized in cooking healthy, organic, seasonal meals designed to help with inflammation and weight loss. As well as 5-star hotels such as JW Marriott Hotel Gold Coast, 2 chef hat The Lake House Hotel in Victoria and The Square Boutique Hotel in South Africa.
He loves cooking healthy nutritional meals, sourcing local produce and supporting our local suppliers.
